Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Act as a brand champion, ensuring that all communications, from internal documents to external campaigns, are consistent and truly represent our company values.
- Sales Enablement: Develop fantastic proposals, client pitch decks, and other sales materials that help us win new business.
- Digital Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize our digital footprint through effective PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to help us stay ahead of the curve.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital strategy.
- Strong portfolio of successful client proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in managing both PPC and SEO initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales and leadership teams.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is a significant plus.
- Previous experience working with other contact centers or Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) is a bonus.
